HIPK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIPK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,129 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIPK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO1E, PLAU, and PEBP1. Each is linked with HIPK2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIPK2-to-partner and partner-to-HIPK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HIPK2 versus MYO1E in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIPK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIPK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
