HIPK2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIPK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,208 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIPK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL4A6, NAA16, and HCFC1R1. Each is linked with HIPK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIPK2-to-partner and partner-to-HIPK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HIPK2 versus COL4A6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIPK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIPK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
