HIPK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIPK2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIPK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, p62 Lck ligand, and Notch1. Each is linked with HIPK2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIPK2-to-partner and partner-to-HIPK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by HIPK2-low versus HIPK2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIPK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIPK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
