HIPK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HIPK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,322 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIPK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFC5, GEMIN4, and ANKRD34C. Each is linked with HIPK2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIPK2-to-partner and partner-to-HIPK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RFC5 grouped by HIPK2-low versus HIPK2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIPK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIPK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
