HIPK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HIPK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIPK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C3orf85, CCKAR, and OR6J1. Each is linked with HIPK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIPK1-to-partner and partner-to-HIPK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C3orf85 grouped by HIPK1-low versus HIPK1-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIPK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIPK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
