HIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,570 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5AC4P, VPS25P1, and MAP6D1. Each is linked with HIP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIP1-to-partner and partner-to-HIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5AC4P grouped by HIP1-low versus HIP1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
