HIP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,482 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are POM121C, BAZ1B, and LRWD1. Each is linked with HIP1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIP1-to-partner and partner-to-HIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HIP1 versus POM121C in KIDNEY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
