HIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 91 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NLRP8, GZMH, and GZMK. Each is linked with HIP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIP1-to-partner and partner-to-HIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NLRP8 grouped by HIP1-low versus HIP1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
