HINT2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HINT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,142 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HINT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCL8, RGP1, and TMEM8B. Each is linked with HINT2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HINT2-to-partner and partner-to-HINT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HINT2 versus CXCL8 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HINT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HINT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
