HINT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HINT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 106 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HINT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-14P, RPL35AP15, and RN7SL300P. Each is linked with HINT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HINT2-to-partner and partner-to-HINT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-14P grouped by HINT2-low versus HINT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HINT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HINT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
