HINT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HINT2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HINT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rictor_pT1135, PDCD4, and EGFR. Each is linked with HINT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HINT2-to-partner and partner-to-HINT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rictor_pT1135 grouped by HINT2-low versus HINT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HINT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HINT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
