HINT1P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HINT1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,233 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HINT1P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL10A, ARHGAP15_S64, and ARHGAP25_T443. Each is linked with HINT1P1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HINT1P1-to-partner and partner-to-HINT1P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HINT1P1 versus RPL10A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HINT1P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HINT1P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
