Across TCGA patient cohorts, HINT1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,194 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HINT1P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal large subunit assembly, Aerobic respiration, and Mitochondrial respiratory chain complex assembly. Each is linked with HINT1P1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HINT1P1-to-partner and partner-to-HINT1P1 results are reported.
