Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HINT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,088 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HINT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YTHDC2, HSPA4, and DIAPH1. Each is linked with HINT1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HINT1-to-partner and partner-to-HINT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HINT1 versus YTHDC2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HINT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HINT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
