HINT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HINT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,596 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HINT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR55, HSD17B4, and COX7C. Each is linked with HINT1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HINT1-to-partner and partner-to-HINT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HINT1 versus WDR55 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HINT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HINT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
