HINFP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HINFP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HINFP-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, ERK2, and Gab2. Each is linked with HINFP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HINFP-to-partner and partner-to-HINFP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by HINFP-low versus HINFP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HINFP→partner) and Y-score (partner→HINFP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
