HINFP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HINFP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 75 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HINFP-associated genes across cancer lineages are DMRTC1, CST4, and OR6B3. Each is linked with HINFP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HINFP-to-partner and partner-to-HINFP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DMRTC1 grouped by HINFP-low versus HINFP-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HINFP→partner) and Y-score (partner→HINFP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
