HIGD2AP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIGD2AP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 2,613 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIGD2AP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RETSAT, SHROOM3_S403, and AHCTF1. Each is linked with HIGD2AP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIGD2AP1-to-partner and partner-to-HIGD2AP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HIGD2AP1 versus RETSAT in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.21.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIGD2AP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIGD2AP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
