HIGD2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIGD2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 95 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIGD2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01072, LYZL4, and SPZ1. Each is linked with HIGD2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIGD2A-to-partner and partner-to-HIGD2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01072 grouped by HIGD2A-low versus HIGD2A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIGD2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIGD2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
