Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HIGD1AP4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HIGD1AP4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher HIGD1AP4 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HIGD1AP4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.

LUAD, UVM, and KIRP are the cancer types where HIGD1AP4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
