HIF1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIF1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,870 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIF1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP9YP2, LINC02399, and OR14A16. Each is linked with HIF1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIF1A-to-partner and partner-to-HIF1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP9YP2 grouped by HIF1A-low versus HIF1A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIF1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIF1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
