Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, HIF1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HIF1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNP1, WDR87, and CDRT15L2. Each is linked with HIF1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIF1A-to-partner and partner-to-HIF1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TNP1 grouped by HIF1A-low versus HIF1A-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIF1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIF1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
