HID1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HID1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,307 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HID1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRK, RRM2, and DENND10. Each is linked with HID1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HID1-to-partner and partner-to-HID1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRK grouped by HID1-low versus HID1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HID1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HID1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
