HID1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HID1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HID1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, 4E-BP1, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with HID1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HID1-to-partner and partner-to-HID1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK_pT183_Y185 grouped by HID1-low versus HID1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HID1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HID1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
