Across TCGA cell cohorts, HID1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,513 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HID1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of actin nucleation, Negative regulation of Arp2/3 complex-mediated actin nucleation, and Establishment of epithelial cell apical/basal polarity. Each is linked with HID1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HID1-to-partner and partner-to-HID1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of actin nucleation grouped by HID1-low versus HID1-high in LUNG_SCLC.
