HID1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HID1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HID1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BMP15, OR2T5, and C1orf141. Each is linked with HID1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HID1-to-partner and partner-to-HID1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BMP15 grouped by HID1-low versus HID1-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HID1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HID1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
