Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIBCH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,998 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HIBCH-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNFAIP6, CYTOR, and LINC01943. Each is linked with HIBCH in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIBCH-to-partner and partner-to-HIBCH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIBCH→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIBCH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
