Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIBCH mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIBCH-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, MSH2, and MYH11. Each is linked with HIBCH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIBCH-to-partner and partner-to-HIBCH results are reported.
