HIBADH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIBADH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 265 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIBADH-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1278, SMARCE1P2, and SMARCE1P4. Each is linked with HIBADH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIBADH-to-partner and partner-to-HIBADH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1278 grouped by HIBADH-low versus HIBADH-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIBADH→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIBADH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
