HHIPL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HHIPL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HHIPL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARMS2, CCDC60, and SPATA19. Each is linked with HHIPL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HHIPL2-to-partner and partner-to-HHIPL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARMS2 grouped by HHIPL2-low versus HHIPL2-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HHIPL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HHIPL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
