HHIPL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HHIPL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HHIPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Cyclin-B1, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with HHIPL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HHIPL1-to-partner and partner-to-HHIPL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by HHIPL1-low versus HHIPL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HHIPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HHIPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
