HHEX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HHEX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 375 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HHEX-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACTRT2, GPX6, and TMEM225. Each is linked with HHEX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HHEX-to-partner and partner-to-HHEX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACTRT2 grouped by HHEX-low versus HHEX-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HHEX→partner) and Y-score (partner→HHEX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
