HHEX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HHEX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HHEX-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2F2, OR13C7, and OPRM1. Each is linked with HHEX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HHEX-to-partner and partner-to-HHEX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2F2 grouped by HHEX-low versus HHEX-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HHEX→partner) and Y-score (partner→HHEX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
