HGSNAT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HGSNAT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 520 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HGSNAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are OPRPN, PRAMEF9, and PRAMEF7. Each is linked with HGSNAT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HGSNAT-to-partner and partner-to-HGSNAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OPRPN grouped by HGSNAT-low versus HGSNAT-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HGSNAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→HGSNAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
