HGS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HGS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,888 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HGS-associated genes across cancer lineages are AP3S1, MASTL, and ZWINT. Each is linked with HGS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HGS-to-partner and partner-to-HGS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HGS→partner) and Y-score (partner→HGS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
