HGFAC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HGFAC RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,042 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HGFAC-associated genes across cancer lineages are YJEFN3, FGF17, and DRD4. Each is linked with HGFAC in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HGFAC-to-partner and partner-to-HGFAC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HGFAC versus YJEFN3 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HGFAC→partner) and Y-score (partner→HGFAC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
