HGFAC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HGFAC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,574 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HGFAC-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRK, RAD51, and NLE1. Each is linked with HGFAC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HGFAC-to-partner and partner-to-HGFAC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRK grouped by HGFAC-low versus HGFAC-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HGFAC→partner) and Y-score (partner→HGFAC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
