HGFAC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HGFAC mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HGFAC-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, TFRC, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with HGFAC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HGFAC-to-partner and partner-to-HGFAC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by HGFAC-low versus HGFAC-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HGFAC→partner) and Y-score (partner→HGFAC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
