HGF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HGF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,860 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HGF-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNB2, ABCF2, and KCNJ15. Each is linked with HGF in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HGF-to-partner and partner-to-HGF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCNB2 grouped by HGF-low versus HGF-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HGF→partner) and Y-score (partner→HGF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
