Across TCGA cell cohorts, HGF RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,151 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HGF-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of translational initiation, Regulation of cell-matrix adhesion, and Negative regulation of dendritic cell antigen processing and presentation. Each is linked with HGF in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HGF-to-partner and partner-to-HGF results are reported.
