HGF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HGF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 68 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HGF-associated genes across cancer lineages are RLN3, LRRC74A, and CIB4. Each is linked with HGF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HGF-to-partner and partner-to-HGF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RLN3 grouped by HGF-low versus HGF-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HGF→partner) and Y-score (partner→HGF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
