HGD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HGD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,543 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HGD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TTC39A, PIGR_S735, and PLEKHA6. Each is linked with HGD in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HGD-to-partner and partner-to-HGD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HGD versus TTC39A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HGD→partner) and Y-score (partner→HGD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
