HGD

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HGD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,734 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HGD-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC1A1, HNF1A, and PIGR. Each is linked with HGD in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HGD-to-partner and partner-to-HGD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HGD versus SLC1A1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HGD→partner) and Y-score (partner→HGD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
