HGD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HGD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,834 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HGD-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLRMT, RN7SL498P, and VDAC1P6. Each is linked with HGD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HGD-to-partner and partner-to-HGD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POLRMT grouped by HGD-low versus HGD-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HGD→partner) and Y-score (partner→HGD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
