HGD

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HGD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HGD-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEUROD4, UCMA, and OR4D10. Each is linked with HGD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HGD-to-partner and partner-to-HGD results are reported.
