HFM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HFM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,441 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HFM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2AZ1, MICU1, and LRRC42. Each is linked with HFM1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HFM1-to-partner and partner-to-HFM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2AZ1 grouped by HFM1-low versus HFM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HFM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HFM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
