HFM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HFM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,114 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HFM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLCL2, PDXP, and CHMP4B. Each is linked with HFM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HFM1-to-partner and partner-to-HFM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PLCL2 grouped by HFM1-low versus HFM1-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HFM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HFM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
