HEYL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HEYL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEYL-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP29, ETDC, and OR13C2. Each is linked with HEYL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEYL-to-partner and partner-to-HEYL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP29 grouped by HEYL-low versus HEYL-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEYL→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEYL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
