HEY2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEY2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,420 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEY2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PCOLCE, CALD1, and CDH13. Each is linked with HEY2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEY2-to-partner and partner-to-HEY2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HEY2 versus PCOLCE in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEY2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEY2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
