HEY2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEY2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEY2-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, mTOR_pS2448, and RAD51. Each is linked with HEY2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEY2-to-partner and partner-to-HEY2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by HEY2-low versus HEY2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEY2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEY2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
